RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop assets for offline and online media
  • Ads, product books, flyers, logo’s, packaging, hangtags, POS
  • Banners, websites, social media assets
  • You will be working for all NAG’s brands: North Kiteboarding and Mystic

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Affinity with board sports (Kite, Windsurf, Surf, Wake) or Sailing is required
  • A degree in a creative field such as graphic/digital design
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Excellent Adobe skillset 
  • Independent
  • On- and offline experience

WHAT ARE HARD GOODS FOR MYSTIC?
Kite, wing, wake and windsurf accessories: harnesses, boardbags, helmets and other technical items.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for the technical development and design of a number of product groups. The emphasis is on the development of innovative and distinctive products.
  • Making a contribution to the collection & product concepts, and creating (product) innovations.
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the product development process.
  • Testing ideas for manufacturability, functionality and economic feasibility, in consultation with the Head of Product & Product Manager.
  • Commenting on the samples on design, execution, fit and functionality and reporting on the findings and instructions.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality standards during the product development and production process.
  • Internal administration reporting.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with producers and suppliers, among other things by visiting the production facilities and trade fairs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Interest and knowledge of outdoor & watersports brands is required.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Industrial Design.
  • At least 6 years experience in industrial design and development of consumer products.
  • Hard goods development experience, with an emphasis on ergonomics is a prerequisite.
  • Skilled in making 3D CAD technical drawings (SolidWorks, Creo, Rhino, Alias) & working with rendering software (Blender, free software)
  • Design for manufacturing is a must (make parts ready for production, drafts & radii)
  • Skilled in FEA analysis is a prerequisite.
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Forward-thinking attitude.

Medewerker customer service 40 uur per week (fulltime)

Als medewerker customer service ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie en verzending van de uitgaande zendingen buiten de EU. Daarnaast ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met betrekking tot vragen over hun verzendingen. 

WERKZAAMHEDEN

  • Facturatie buiten EU-zendingen;
  • Opstellen van verzenddocumenten (buiten EU-zendingen);
  • Regelt eventueel in samenspraak met de klant het transport naar de klant;
  • Het regelen van koerierszendingen;
  • Aannemen van de telefoon;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten m.b.t. zendingen en eventuele problemen/knelpunten;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met vervoerder om ervoor te zorgen dat de gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd;
  • Het oplossen van klachten m.b.t. zendingen;
  • Het signaleren van tekortkomingen in de processen of 
    dienstverlening en hiervoor; verbeteringen aandragen.

VERWACHTE KENNIS

  • Minimaal een afgeronde administratieve mbo-opleiding;
  • Kennis van en inzicht in logistieke processen;
  • Kennis en ervaring m.b.t. het opstellen van verzenddocumenten;
  • Kennis over de BTW-wetgeving
  • Ervaring met ERP systemen, kennis van XL-Enz is een pré;
  • Kennis van diverse computerapplicaties, waaronder MS Office;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (zowel 
    mondeling als schriftelijk) is noodzakelijk.

Magazijnmedewerker40 UUR PER WEEK (FULLTIME)

WERKZAAMHEDEN: 

  • Het picken/packen van orders. 
  • Het laden en lossen, controleren en registreren van inkomende voorraad. 
  • Het sorteren inventariseren, plaatsen en overzetten van opgeslagen goederen. 
  • Het verpakken en ompakken van goederen (voor verzending). 
  • Het controleren en verzendklaar maken van zendingen. 
  • Het opruimen en schoonhouden van stellingen, materieel en de rest van het magazijn.
  • Het naleven van bedrijfsprocedures. 

GEWENSTE VAARDIGHEDEN:

  • Bij voorkeur minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring in een magazijn. 
  • Bereid om in het hoogseizoen over te werken.
  • Kunnen we voor jou zonder problemen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aanvragen.
  • Redelijke kennis omtrent Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Bezit van een heftruckcertificaat is een pre. 
  • Stress bestendig.
