We built a wetsuit from scratch, without neoprene. And this is how we did it.

High quality, flexible neoprene updated with even better stretch and flex properties.

inner & outer lining

Eco Fox Fleece

Made from 100% recycled nylon, reused from factory waste. It’s warm comfortable, and balances durability with essential wetsuit properties like rebound and flexibility – while the recycled nylon has a lower carbon footprint than virgin nylon.

inner & outer lining

Eco XTR

The inner lining is crafted from recycled materials, featuring our new recycled XTR broken lining with high stretch.

taping & stitching

Glued blind stitched

Stitching method whereby the panels are first glued together and then only stitched halfway through the fabric instead of fully perforating it, which makes the seams waterproof.
