The Story Behind the BK Capsule Collection
Empowering women has always been part of Bruna Kajiya's story. Whether she is competing on the World Tour or talking about her career, the message stays the same: women can keep reaching higher, on the water and off it. 

"My biggest motivation is showing that we can all keep reaching higher in whatever we choose to do. If my journey can inspire even one more woman to believe in herself, push past her limits, or chase a dream she didn't think was possible, then that's something I'm really proud of."

That mindset shaped the BK Capsule Collection. Every piece is built so women can perform at the highest level without compromise, feminine, confident and timeless, so nothing gets in the way of pushing their own limits. For Bruna, the collection is more than a new lineup of gear. It is a reflection of who she is, on and off the water. The harness is built for progression, the wetsuit for comfort, the bikini for relaxing off the water. Together they tell her story: an athlete who has spent years pushing limits while staying true to herself.

Working closely with designer Joost from the first sketch, Bruna was involved at every stage. Colours, materials, prints, fit, the smallest details all went through her hands before anything was finalized."It's super important for me to make sure I'll put out the best collection possible for my girls."

The design story
Blue was never a random choice. It is the colour Bruna connects to most: the ocean she has spent most of her life in, and a sense of calmness and confidence. Together with Joost, they built depth through shades and textures, each layer as unique as everyone's own experience in the water. The Aurora print, running through key pieces, captures the flicker of light in the ocean: elegant but still powerful.

A piece years in the making
Ask Bruna which item means the most to her, and she does not hesitate: the Gem BK Waist Harness. "It's the piece that has the biggest connection to my career and everything I've learned over the years. I feel powerful wearing it."

After years of wearing harnesses for hours every day in competition, she knows exactly what she wants to feel when she puts one on. The glitter detail is her signature touch, a way of bringing personality into the harness. Underneath it sits years of hard learned lessons about comfort, support and durability.

"If your harness moves around, it affects everything, my comfort, my riding. I want to be completely focused on my tricks, not thinking about my equipment."

More than winning
Bruna visited the Mystic office fresh off a win at the World Tour stop in Germany, adding to her record as a 6 time World Champion. The timing said a lot about what drives her: results matter, but using her platform to lift other women up matters more.

Bruna has been with Mystic for a big part of her career.

"We've grown together through world titles, injuries, new goals and different stages of my life. They've always trusted me, listened to my feedback and genuinely cared about creating the best products possible."

Having her own collection carry her name is the result of that trust: years of collaboration and shared passion, now out in the world for her girls to wear.
