How do I return my order?
* Returning items is at own cost.
* Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
* Products need to be unused, in good condition and in original packaging.
* Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
Return instructions:
1. Locate the return form inside your package.
2. Fill in the item, size and the reason of return.
3. Cut the document into two parts, the return form and the return label.
4. Put the returning items together with the return form in the box.
5. Stick the return label on the box.
6. Return the package to the address on the Return Label (Returning items is at own cost).
7. Keep the receipt until the order amount has been refunded.
8. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has arrived and has been refunded.
9. The refunded amount will be on your account within two weeks.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected by our fulfillment center. When approved your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days.Please note that depending on your credit card company, it can take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be transferred to your account. Please keep the receipt of return until your package has been successfully returned to us. This helps ensure you have proof of return in case any issues arise.
Why is returning items at my own cost?
Returning items is at your own cost to reduce the environmental impact of shipping. We want to avoid multiple sizes of a product being ordered and shipped, only to see many of them returned. That’s why we offer extensive information on product sizing; including product specifications, features, descriptions, size charts and size guides. In addition to this, our customer support team is available to help answer any of your questions.
When will I receive my refund?
Our return process can take up to 21 working days. You will receive a confirmation mail once we have processed your return successfully.The return is first sent to a collection point and then back to our warehouse. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.
If you used a third-party payment method, your refund will be processed and returned by the payment provider you used.
Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. Of course, you can re-order an item. Simply select a new size or color of the product you want to order. Go to your shopping cart and complete the new order and payment process for the item. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.
To which location do I have to return the package?
The address will be written on the return form inside your package.
Depending on your delivery address the package needs to be returned to a different warehouse.
- Orders within Europe need to be returned to Katwijk, The Netherlands.
- Orders from the UK need to be returned to Bacup, Lancashire.
- Orders from the US need to be returned to Depew, New York.
- Orders from Canada need to be returned to Toronto, Ontario.
